A szervezet – szintén pályázati forrásból – 2008-ban alakította meg a CivilÉSZ – Civil Érték Szövetség – hálózatot környezettudatos célzattal. Még azokban az években átalakult a tevékenység elsődlegesen civil érdekképviseletté, mindig valami aktuálisan megfogalmazott szakmai cél mentén.
